Thank you for choosing Caitlyn Milk Beauty for your permanent makeup needs! To ensure the best experience for every client, we’ve outlined a few important booking terms and conditions. These policies are designed to respect both your time and ours, help appointments run smoothly, and maintain a professional and stress-free environment.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms, which allow us to continue providing high-quality PMU services with care and consistency.
BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable $70 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of the PMU service you’ve booked. Please note: the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING
To reschedule your appointment, at least 72 hours’ notice is required. You may reschedule once using your existing booking fee. Any additional reschedules will require a new booking fee. No exceptions.
NO-SHOWS
If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a new date. To rebook, the full cost of the missed service will be required. A second no-show will result in the loss of the entire payment and may result in refusal of future bookings. No exceptions.
LATE ARRIVALS
I understand that life happens, but please plan accordingly to arrive on time. If you’re running late, text or call Caitlyn at (647) 951-3672 as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, as there won’t be enough time to complete the service. Your booking fee or complimentary touch-up will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
TOUCH-UPS
One complimentary touch-up is included with your initial permanent makeup session. This must be completed within 4–8 weeks of your initial appointment (or within 12 weeks if you had a neutralization procedure). If you miss this window, a touch-up fee will apply based on the time elapsed since your first session.
